Climate-related challenges like flooding, erosion, sea stage rise, storm surges, and extra are inflicting threats to indigenous communities’ economies, infrastructure, livelihoods, and health. It is the oldest repeatedly printed law journal in the Pacific Northwest and has been run by college students since 1967. OLR was based in 1921 by the faculty on the University of Oregon School of Law. The faculty revealed the first quantity in April of 1921, throughout a divisive period in Oregon’s history.
